All proceeds from the Forest of Hope are used to support the efforts of the Richmond County Rescue Mission. Part of the Place of Grace Campus in Rockingham, the Richmond County Rescue Mission provides hospitality and effective care towards improving the lives of up to 20 homeless men in our community. - offering numerous classes to teach trades including welding, brick masonry, auto mechanics, and culinary arts, as well as classes to assist folks in completion of their GED.

OurMission
Our mission is to positively impact the homeless and less fortunate of our community through demonstration of the love of Jesus Christ.
Our hope is to see lives of the homeless changed through caring, the meeting of basic needs, teaching God's word, counseling/ treatment, GED Prep, work prep, job placement, permanent housing and much more.

Do you think you or your business has what it takes to decorate a tree that everyone will fall in love with? Or, if you are not the creative type but still want to help, you can donate a tree and we will decorate it for you. There are also other items that can be entered into the silent auction. Learn more.
Volunteer
Can you sing or play an instrument? Do you enjoy decorating for the holidays? Do you just like to socialize? An event of this size will require a great deal work from people with many skill sets, both prior to and during the fundraiser.
